Shipping policy

Orders that are ready to ship will be shipped 1-2 business days after payment is received.  Exceptions include major holidays or vacation days.

Custom orders, which include personalized items, can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to ship.  You will be notified when your item has shipped. *Timeframes can be shorter, depending on the number of custom orders.
